Better
Together

A private place to build a habit with someone you already care about.

What it is

Habits stick better when you are not doing them alone.

Better Together is an app for a walk you keep skipping, an earlier bedtime, a month of reading, or less time on your phone — done with a partner, your family, or a few friends.

You pick something to change, agree on how long you’ll try, and check in with each other until that time is up. It stays between the people you invite. There is no public feed and no scoreboard.

Today
See what is due, and who already showed up.
Check in
Mark the day, and add a photo if you want.
People
A small group you already know. Nobody else can see it.

How it works

  1. 1
    Choose a habit

Name what you want to do, and for how many days. You can start from an idea already in the app, or describe it in your own words.

  2. 2
    Invite people you know

A partner, the kids, or two friends. Send a link, an email, or a text. They do not have to be strangers you found in an app.

  3. 3
Check in when you do it

Mark the day as done, partly done, or not today. Add a photo or a short voice note if you want them to see it was real.

  4. 4
    Encourage each other, then finish

A reaction or a short note is enough. When the days run out, you celebrate and can start the next one together.

What you get

The useful parts, in everyday words

A habit with an end date

Do the same thing together, each follow your own goal, or work toward one shared target — for a set stretch of days, not forever.

A gentle daily record

Done, partly, or skipped. A streak if it helps. A pause or a grace day when life gets in the way, on the paid plans.

People, not an audience

Keep a group for your household, your couple, or your friends, and start the next habit from there.

A word when you need one

Cheer on a check-in, or talk in a normal chat. Photos and voice notes are there if a tap is not enough.

A reminder, not a nag

Get a nudge for today’s habit, and turn off the ones you do not want.

Private unless you say otherwise

Your habit stays with the people in it. You can share a profile later if you want to. Sign in with email, Apple, or Google.
